청담하나 The Sushi Restaurant the Japanese Wish They Had

Korean sushi restaurants are some of the most underrated restaurants in this world as the Japanese were the first to market this delicious cuisine to the world. This doesn’t mean that the Koreans don’t know how sushi or sashimi is done. For centuries Koreans have been enjoying raw fish for as long as the Japanese. As a matter of fact, Korea might actually be the best place to get acquainted with sushi as it’s much more accessible here. Fresh fish is less rare in Korea, the prices are not absurd, and you’ll find qualified chefs who can serve exotic fishes such as puffer fish at the same quality available in Japan. This latest restaurant we try Chungdam One, 청담하나, tops the list. Not sure if I’ll be able to find a better deal in high end sushi anywhere else in the world after this meal
