The great thing about being the youngest employee at your job is you have the freshest take and most accurate perspective on what younger demographics do and how they think. Just because the more senior people have their ideas and knowledge on what has worked in the past, it does not mean your fresh new ideas won’t become the future strategy of the company. Please don’t fall into the trap of agreeing with senior managers because you think that will get you on their good side.
